Oleksiivska metro line connected to Wi-Fi in full

Station “Metrobudivnykiv imeni H.I. Vashchenka” was the last station on the line to be connected to free public Wi-Fi. This was reported on the official page Vkontakte of the Metropolitan.

Thus, all stations Oleksiivska line are now connected to the free internet.

In addition to this, Kharkivens asked (RU) to allow recharging of travel cards for “Kharkiv Metro” via the Internet. The corresponding petition was registered at the City Council website.

In order the petition to be considered by the City Council, it must get 5000 signatures in 90 days.

BACKGROUND. As we already informed, Wi-Fi networks has been set-up on other stations of the metro – at stations “Ploshcha Povstannia”“Sportyvna”“Oleksiivska”, “Pivdennyi Vokzal” and “Arkhitektora Beketova”“Kholodna Hora” and on the central bus station of Kharkiv (Haharina Prospect, 22). Wi-Fi also appeared at the station “Botanichnyi Sad” and “23 Serpnya”. In addition, the wireless network is working at the station “Maidan Konstitutsii”, “Istoruchni Muzei”, “Universytet”, “Derzhprom” and “Naukova”.
