At the Kharkiv Gorky Park once again will be held an Indian spring festival of Holi on April 24, as Kharkiv.dozor reports (RU). Overblow with paints, wishing happiness and love to neighbors are the main features of this festival.
According to the press service of the park (RU), to strew with paints will be possible on the square near the observation wheel.
The guests who do not want to be strewed with colorful paints, must keep their head on a swivel and warn they are only spectators.
But if paint gets on the clothes, it is not a big deal: it is not harmful and is easily washed away from the natural fabrics.
In the evening, it’s scheduled a firework of paints, when all participants of the event at the same time will throw up handfuls of colored powder.
Throughout the day, guests will be entertained by Indian artists. Indian dance groups will perform, and will sound ethno-music. The main guest of the festival will be a band PUR:PUR. Everyone will be able to make on the hands mehendi – drawings with henna.
In the framework of the festival will raffle off five kilograms of colored paints. The draw is conducted in the official group of the park VKontakte and will run until April 21.
Those who don’t win in the competition will be able to buy paint in the park. Nine rich colors from purple to crimson will be presented at choice.
