Analytical Center CEDOS made a Transparency rating of Ukrainian universities, reports the agency’s website.
The main purpose of the Ranking is to find best practices among Ukrainian universities in order to point out and offer those practices to higher education institutions (HEIs) that have a somehow weaker information policy.
Total 168 higher educational institutions participated in the ranking, including 20 Kharkiv Universities.
Kharkiv universities were ranked:

15 place – Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics
29 place – Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University
53 place – National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”
60 place – Kharkiv National University of Economics
67 place – Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University
69 place – O.M.Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv
82 place – Kharkiv National University of Construction and Architecture (UA)
99 place – Kharkiv State University of Food Technology and Trade
107 place – Kharkiv State Zooveterinary Academy (UA)
114 place – Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy (UA)
115 place – Kharkiv National Agricultural University named after V. V. Dokuchayev (UA)
118 place – H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University
119 place – Kharkiv Petro Vasylenko National Technical University of Agriculture
120 place – National Aerospace University “Kharkiv Aviation Institute
132 place – Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts (UA)
136 place – Kharkiv State Academy of Physical Culture (UA)

BACKGROUND: Monitoring has covered all state and public high schools, except for those that are on occupied territories and have not been moved to secure territory. Ranking is based on 6 indicators: Financial transparency (10%), Administrative transparency (24%), Presence of a strategic development plan (10%), Information on the official website about the content of a study program (40%), Information on the website on employment opportunities (8%) and Information on the website about academic mobility programs (8%).
