The Ministry of Finance plans to introduce a system of “Single Customs Window” from 1 August 2016, reports the press service of the Ministry.
“Single Customs Window” is an electronic data exchange system which will contribute to the simplification of customs procedures and eliminate opportunities for corruption.
The project envisages the creation of a unified electronic database that allows different services and customs control points in the automatic exchange of information on the cargo that passes through the border of Ukraine.
Thus, in a united database will be affixed electronic mark instead of the seals and stamps on paper documents.
Also in the Ministry of Finance noted that the creation of a “Single Customs Window” will significantly reduce the time spent on customs procedures and minimize the human factor.
