According to the press service of the party “Svoboda”, on November 2nd Pechersky District Court of Kiev decided that MP and the leader of the Kharkiv division of Svoboda Igor Shvaika will remain under arrest with the right for bail for two more months – until January 4th.
“The court statement means that Alexander Mirny, who posted a bail of more than 1 million 200 thousand UAH, will not see his money for two more months. At the same time, I will continue calling the police inspector every time when I want “to sneeze” or something else,” – said Shvaika.
Recall, former Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Igor Shvaika was accused of organizing the clashes near the Verkhovna Rada on August 31st, 2015. September 10th this year, the Pechersky Court released him on bails. Later Shvaika was arrested until November 4th. However, he has escaped the arrest. The court decided to hold Shvaika in custody and determined the amount of bail of 1,000 times of the minimum wage. These funds were paid by ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Alexander Mirny.
