Yesterday, 13 October, a workshop on electronic procurement commission was held for the representatives of the structural divisions of regional state administration and public enterprises in the regional council of Kharkiv regional state administration.
They gained practical skills in working with the system of electronic public procurement platform SmartTender, which is included in the pilot project “ProZorro”. Under this project, a series of workshops will be held in the Kharkiv region. These trainings allow buyers and suppliers to become familiar with the use of electronic platforms for public procurement.
The deputy head of the regional administration Svetlichnaya Julia said: “We can assure that this year Kharkiv region will purchase products through electronic procedure. This will make the process open and will allow to save budget funds on public procurement”.
As we reported earlier, government purchases will be made via the Internet. Kharkiv City Council is also ready to launch e-procurement system “ProZorro”.
