In the framework of the second phase of the project “School of Leadership of the Chairman of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Igor Rainin“ about 60 students will work in 8 departments. According to the press service of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration.
Advisor to the Chairman of the City Council, president of the All-Ukrainian fraternity “Elite of nations” (in Ukrainian) Alexei Kurtsev told about the workflow of the internship. “The students were divided into teams and choose the future projects. Under the guidance of mentors, they will train and develop individual projects of the “Strategy of development of the Kharkiv region,” in specialized departments of KRSA.
During the first training leaders of KRSA units presented their own departments, talked about the areas of work and proposed themes for students’ projects.
“For example, in the Department of Education and Science, participants will work on the program “Clean University”, which is aimed to fight the corruption in the education sector. The Department of Housing and Public Utilities and Infrastructure Development project invited to participate in the implementation of energy efficiency programs,” says the adviser from KRSA.
As a result, the best students’ ideas will be reviewed by the Regional Council and implemented at the third stage of “Leadership School”.
“We expect that students will be able to receive the necessary knowledge and introduce an entirely new vision of the region’s development,” said Deputy Director of the Department to improve the competitiveness of the region Denis Tkachev.
