Residential care facilities in Kharkiv region were scheduled for repairs in the amount of 61.7 million UAH in 2016-2020 years, according to the draft of comprehensive regional program of the development of Kharkiv social field.
Funds were allocated from regional budget. In particular, in 2016 it is planned to allocate 15 million UAH, in 2017 – 20 million UAH, in 2018 – 12 million, in 2019 – 10 millions, and in 2020 – about 5 millions.
As noted in the project program, it is planned to create in the residential care facilities comfortable living conditions for single people who need constant care, including displaced people from social institutions located in the area of the ATO.
In addition, to enhance the Kharkiv boarding fire safety it is planned to allocate 12 million UAH. The authorities also intent to introduce a free access to in-patient facility and allocate for this purpose 203 thousand UAH.
