To make easier the process of receiving a subsidy the State Fiscal Service (SFS) of Ukraine introduced a new service. Citizens who have applied for subsidies, can obtain over the phone the information of the income query proceeding status, as the press service of the SFS reported.
Such service will help citizens and employees of the social protection of the population to obtain the necessary information over the phone just by indicating the registration data of an individual.
Contact phone number for the income information receiving is: 0-800-501-007 (free from land lines). By this phone number the Information Department of the SFS consults taxpayers from 8 to 20 hours on weekdays.
From May 1st, 2015 the SFS processed 10 million requests for information concerning the income of individuals who have applied for a subsidy. 669 requests were received from the structural units of social protection.
