Kharkiv Entrepreneurship Support Fund and the Department of Economics and International Relations of the Regional Administration launch free training course B-School: “The school of management skills”, reports press centre of KRSA.
School classes will begin on April 14 and will be held once a week from 16:00 to 17:30. They will take the form of interactive learning.
Total course includes four sessions on the following topics:
- Key leadership competencies. Conceptual intelligence.
- Principles of influence. Emotional intellect.
- Personnel Management Cycle. situational leadership model. Setting goals. Motivation.
- Strategic thinking.
The lecturers of B-School: the Director of the consulting company Bi-Vers Natalya Taran and business consultant Alla Kovalevskaya.
