During this weekend of the 5th and 6th of September, candidates have written tests at the Kharkiv regional center for organizing and conducting the competitive selection of the prosecutor’s office.
847 candidates for the prosecutor position took part in testing. In general, the level of knowledge of future prosecutors is rather high. According to Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Vitaliy Kas’ko, only about 10% had less than 50 points.
“This is only the first stage – a professional testing. The second phase will deal with the so-called IQ test, and will be held in late September. In October, the participants will also pass psychological tests and interviews,” – said Kas’ko.
Representatives of the social network “Opora” and the Advisory Mission of the European Union observed the transparency and impartiality of testing. In addition, the process of testing was broadcast via YouTube, on the official website of Prosecutor General’s Office.
