Military chefs got a lesson of cooking of quality food in real military canteen conditions.
A day of food service chiefs, where military-men improved their culinary skills, was held at the Kharkiv military unit 3017, the press service (UA) of National Guard of Ukraine reported.
Each military unit holds similar events monthly. The main purpose of the training is to teach the chef stuff to cook tasty and quality food “in the field” in strict compliance with the rules of cooking and sanitary requirements.
During the day, officers showed the preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner, provided for practical assistance in using the available range of products and equipment. Each chief after such trainings should listen to the fighters’ reviews concerning the quality of the cooked food.
“Food should be cooked not only in accordance with our departmental regulations but also be quality and tasty, regardless of location,” said the head of the food service major Maxim Klimov.
