The first solo concert of musician Nikita Rubchenko will be held in Kharkiv on September 15, with Ukrainian ethno-orchestra, Newsroom informs (RU).
Rubchenko became famous after having performed a rock version of the National Anthem of Ukraine. After that, he recorded the song “Heroes don’t die”/ “Geroї ne vmirayut” together with singer Anastasia Prikhodko, dedicated to Ukrainian soldiers. He gave a series of concerts for the ATO fighters at the forefront. In addition, the musician takes an active part in volunteer activities.
Musician easily connects rigid fateful guitar sound with folk flavor of banduras, cymbals and classical orchestra, creating a rich musical palette of the new genre of Ukrainian music, which will be enjoyed by all.
In the program of the concert will be both original compositions of the musician and his band, such as Fury and The Light from Castle Session, and processing of the famous Ukrainian folk songs as well as original instrumental interpretations of world hits of The Beatles, Queen, U2, and other grandees of the world stage.
About 100 tickets to the concert the musicians gave to the ATO soldiers.
