February 11, Head of Services for Children, Alexander Malko told that minors students of educational institutions, who came to Kharkiv from ATO area, can receive a monthly financial assistance.
He provided this information at a meeting of the Permanent Commission on Local Government, transparency and parliamentary activities of the Kharkiv City Council.
According to Malko, children who come to study in Kharkiv from ATO regions should contact the service on affairs of children. This is to ensure that young people with the help of specialist services can open their own bank accounts to receive social benefits. The Department already contacted educational institutions of the city to get the lists of children.
Currently, nearly 100 teens have already receives such financial assistance, reported the press service of the City Council.
