Yesterday, February 10, the founder and CEO of Toweya Corporation Erik Hoekstra held a presentation of Toweya Distributed Harvesting program in V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. According to information from the social network LinkedIn.

Erik Hoekstra told about the challenges his developing team has experienced: “Our mission is to change the world and what we have now we have built in 6 months. It’s online, you can go, you can check but be careful – we still have limited results. Our database it yet only a couple of million documents. Toweya is opposite to many our competitors; we have decided to make our own indexing of the information in the Internet. We send out and built out crawlers, our spiders, collecting information about websites and believe me – that’s a challenge”.

It is assumed that Kharkiv students will take an active part in building Toweya Distributed Harvester Network.

The official launch of the project will take place during the second quarter of 2016.
