Foreigners who have been illegally living in Ukraine for more than 10 years were found in Kharkiv

The employees of the Kharkiv office on the fight against crimes related to human trafficking in Kharkiv region together with the Migration Service of Ukraine disclosed three men who have been living here illegally, as the press service of the Main Department of the National Police in Kharkiv region reported.

“Recently, law enforcement officers carried out preventive measures on the territory of Kharkiv. As a result, three foreigners were found to live illegally for more than 10 years on the territory of Ukraine,” said acting chief of the illegal migration in Kharkiv region, lieutenant colonel, Vladimir Shapoval.

The citizens were taken to the Main Department of the State Migration Service. In respect of them the officers drawn up the protocols on an administrative offense under Part. 1 of the Article 203 of Administrative Violations Code of Ukraine. The fine of 510 hryvnias was imposed for each person, then the body made the decision on their forced return to the territory of the native state.
