The Economic Court of Kiev partially satisfied the claim of the Limited Liability Company of “Hotel Kiev”. Court obliged Kharkiv regional council to pay compensation to the company “Bern-K” in the amount of 35.5 million UAH.
Site “Nashchi groshchi” informs about it referring to the Economic Court of Kiev. The decision was made on December 14, 2015.
