Contemporary Art School will be opened in Kharkiv

“Contemporary Art School” will open a branch in Kharkiv and announces an enrollment to the discipline of painter, according to the press service of Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts

Presentation of the project and interviews will be held at 18.30 on February 10th in Come.in Art Gallery, Danilevsky Street, 26. Education, directed by practitioners and theorists in the field of Arts, will last from February 2016 to June 2016 (4.5 months).

The training consists of practical lessons once a week and two lectures every two weeks. The practical part is divided into blocks, each of which is devoted to a particular genre of visual art: modern painting, installation and art object, video art, performative arts, master classes of contemporary artists.

Following the results of 3 months of training, students will take part in a group exhibition project. The best graduates will have the opportunity to organize solo exhibitions in galleries of contemporary art.
