Paintings of ATO fighters are exhibited in Kharkiv

During the existence of the project “Creative Kriїvka” only in Kharkiv 160 military personnel from different departments received psychological help, informed the representatives of the “International Charity Fund “Creative Kriїvka” during a briefing in Kharkiv crisis information center on November 24th.

The method of creative rehabilitation was developed by Vitalina Maslova. It is based on a complex approach to the personality which involves fresh air exercises, physical activity, art therapy, carrying out a variety of cultural events and more. “Creative Kriїvka” was launched in March 2014 when the experts began to work with the effects of combat traumas of Maidan activists. And in October 2014, they launched activities on psychological rehabilitation for the ATO soldiers.

About 200 soldiers have been rehabilitated in the villages of Transcarpathia and southern Ukraine. The volunteers work with members of ATO in their place of residence or service.

The pictures of the ATO fighters who have passed the art-therapy “Creative Kriїvka” have been joined in the exhibition. The exhibition has already been in different cities of Ukraine. Kharkivens will be able to see it over the course of three days. The paintings are placed on the Constitution Square in the building of auto-transport technical school.

All works can be purchased, the proceeds will be transferred for the rehabilitation of the ATO soldiers. Also on November 25th volunteers will discuss at the seminar the technique of creative rehabilitation of combatants, and on November 26th for patients of Kharkiv Military Hospital will be held master classes in painting and decorative painting.
