Conference on 3D and computer graphics NODE’15 will be held in Kharkiv

On November 7th at the Ballroom of the hotel Kharkiv Palace will take place NODE’15 – an event that will gather both beginners and advanced specialists of CG (computer graphics).

2015-10-18_00001(2)NODE’15 is the fourth conference which is traditionally held in Kharkiv and is broadcast online so that everyone can participate from anywhere in the world. The conference was organized by School of 3D graphics and animation 3dmaya.com.ua. The purpose of the conference is the creation of integrated space for communication between beginners and advanced experts in CG-industry.

The specialists in the 3D modeling, 2D art, visual effects, animation and architectural modeling will participate in the conference. For example, the Lead VFX Producer of Kiev studio POSTMODERN Igor Klimovskiy will tell about the creation of visual effects in the Ukrainian-Russian film “Nezlamna”. The artist Dmitry Cheremisin will reveal the subtleties of creating realistic skin for 3D characters. Yuriy Yarovoy (Lviv) will describe the process of creating a bright image of cartoon characters. The concept artist of Kharkiv studio Plarium Olga Starodubtseva will talk about creating character concepts for game projects.

It is planned more than 20 lectures and workshops on 3D modeling, 2D Art, animation, visual effects, architectural modeling and visualization.

NODE’15 also gives possibility for beginners and specialists to make presentations which can demonstrate their opportunities, and meet with potential investors and employers.

The peculiarity of this conference is a minimum of theory and a maximum of practice. In real-time mode speakers will draw, model, create characters, and on the example of their models they will reveal the subtleties of the workflow.
