In the Main Department of the State Fiscal Service in the Kharkiv region, it was reported that in January-August, 2015, 1.18 billion UAH in taxes was collected. This is 58.4% more than in the same period of 2014. Local budgets received 3.7 billion UAH (increased by 15.8%). The state budget – 8.1 billion UAH (increased by 90%).
The consolidated budget received 1.29 billion UAH. VAT (19% more), 687 million of income tax (4%), and 2.55 billion of the tax on personal income (17.3% more). In August, the budgets of all levels received 1.5 billion (increased by 41.8%). The main source of revenue in local budgets is a tax on personal income. In January-August, this tax was 1.9 billion UAH.
