Kharkiv Metro signed an agreement with PJSC “Kryukov Railway Car Building Works” to purchase metro cars at a cost of 198.96 million UAH, reports Kharkiv Anticorruption Center” (UA) with reference to Prozorro procurement system.
The plant is to provide five new cars (including – two head ones) by the end of the year.
The tender was carried out through negotiating procurement procedure without competition.
BACKGROUND: Within the last year, Kharkiv Metro bought train at a much lower price, – 120 million UAH.
