City residents can submit electronic petitions by the special section on the official website of the City Council. The press service of the City Council has announced this information.

You can refer to the mayor and the executive committee of the Kharkiv city council here.

Petitions are moderated and will be published in order to vote. You can vote for the petition within three months (90 days). If the petition gets at least 1,000 signatures, it will be considered.

On the official website of the city council, you can get information whether the e-petition is supported or not. Responses will be sent to the email address of the initiator.

You can learn more about the rules of petition system here.

Recall that since August 2015 electronic petitions may be filed on the official website of the President of Ukraine.
