At the comic TV-show “Vecherny Kvartal” on 12.19.2015, one of the stand-ups focused on forecasts for the future of Ukraine. Screenwriter and one of the participants of the show “95 Kvartal” Valery Zhidkov joked about the court proceedings of the Kharkiv mayor Gennady Kernes.
“Other important news of 2070. The court session on the case of Gennady Kernes was postponed for two weeks because of a bee that flew into the building,” said the comedian.
According to the forecasts of prosecutors, the trial can really drag on for a couple of years.
Recall that the next meeting for consideration of the Kernes case will be held next year and the meetings will also be held more often.
