A pupil of Kharkiv tennis club “Unicourt”, Daria Lopatetskaya, won a single category in the tournament “Orange Bowl”, which was held in Miami. Daria played tennis tournament for the age group under 12 years and younger. The Kharkiven successfully held seven matches at the tournament and won all of them in two sets.
In the quarterfinal she defeated the second world racket, an American Elvina Kalvieva, with the score 6:2, 6:3. Then there was a victory over the fifth racket of the tournament, also an American Charlotte Ovensbi, the score turned out to be 6:4, 6:3. At the end the Kharkiv tennis player met with the first racket of the tournament Noah Krznarich from Croatia and outplayed her opponent in two sets with a score of 7:5, 6:0.
At these competitions another Ukrainian tennis player excelled by its winning. Martha Kostiuk from Kiev, who played in the category of 14 years and younger, managed to get another trophy in a single category.
