Governor of the Kharkiv region Igor Rainin congratulated the best participants of the first stage of the “School of Leadership of Kharkiv Regional State Administration (KRSA)”. 60 students have successfully completed a course of 10 lectures and workshops.
Head of KRSA awarded personal certificates to all participants of the course who have moved to the next stage of training in “School of Leadership”. He added: “The quality of leadership is necessary to bring up just in your age. One talent of a leader or manager in any case is not too much. 90% of success is made up of hard work and the work on the qualities inherent in the nature of you”.
Deputy Chairman of KRSA Julia Svetlichnaya recalled: “The best students will be invited for an internship in the government and other institutions, as well as representatives of the central authorities in the region.”
The next stage, during which the students will work on their projects together with the Departments of KRSA, will start in mid-January.
Recall, “School of Leadership” – a joint project of KRSA, universities and business representatives. Program’s main goal is to transfer knowledge and experience to the younger generation.
