Anatoly Kandaurov resigned from the director post of CES “Kharkovgorlift”. Alexey Topchiy was appointed as a new one on December 4th according to the Deputy Mayor for Housing and Public Utilities, Andrei Rudenko.
Anatoly Kandaurov headed the company since 2007. According to him he has retired owing to the advanced age.
“We have become famous not only in our city! We have cooperated with Italy, Turkey, and other countries in order to strengthen our housing fund and improve its condition. Of course, the time comes: my age is 65 years. I have decided to retire. Not because of poor performance or poor indices, but because of the fact that now it is difficult for me to perform the director’s duties”, Anatoly Kandaurov stressed.
Alexey Topchiy, in turn, assured that he would adopt ex-director’s experience. “Everything that results in a positive and financial effect, and then allows to share and pay the wages in time, of course, will be preserved and enhanced. I am not a supporter of revolutionary changes. I’m going to adopt and maintain a positive experience of the company, ” the new director stated.
