August 23 is the annual Kharkiv day usually celebrated with concerts, fairs, exhibits and fireworks. This year, an unusual photo exhibition will be showcased in the Jewish Center on 46 Tobolskaya street. It will be called ‘Piquant stories about Kharkiv and Kharkivans’, and will feature photograph’s of the city’s residents and iconic buildings, with accompanying tales and anecdotes.
