A unique project, aiming to provide administrative services for people with special needs, was launched recently, reports Vecherniy Kharkiv (RU).

One representative from each region, 12 workers of administrative centers in total, will study gesture courses. For the centers’ staff will be conducted a three-month training course. Emphasis will be on the study of popular legal terms.

After that, citizens with special needs will be able to address questions to the administrator without the help of an interpreter.

After teaching the administrators sign language, project organizers plan to open similar courses for social workers and law enforcement officers.
