The law on electronic declaration of income will be implemented when the corresponding system operates, informed the Secretary of the Kharkiv City Council Alexander Novak on March 17.
“Today was published the law that relates to electronic declaration, and it takes effect from tomorrow. The law concerns the category of employees who take responsible and highly responsible positions. Filling in electronic declarations needs a special system, and while it does not work, the documents will be submitted in the old format. That is those declarations to be submitted before April 1 will be supplied in the manner specified in the previous years,” said Alexander Novak.
Note that on March 15 the Verkhovna Rada adopted the law on the electronic declaration of income and property of officials is needed for the introduction of a visa-free regime with the EU. The bill №3755 «On peculiarities of submission of declarations of property, income, expenses and financial obligations in 2016 by officials” with the proposals of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko supported 278 deputies.
Today, on March 18, the law came into force.
