The play “Crime and Punishment” based on the novel by Fyodor Dostoyevsky will be presented in Kharkiv soon. Staging has prepared by a students’ theater “Studio 55” where fifth-year students of theater arts department of the National University of Arts play.
The premiere will be held on February 15–16th at the National University of Arts (Chernyshevskogo Street, 79, the beginning is at 18.00). The kind donation is 30 UAH.
The performance lasts 7 hours, so its show was divided into two days. The play consists of two parts and four acts. “The underlying philosophy and psychology of people, phantasmagoria of dreams and terrible reality of a crime. Do you have the courage to see the modern world among the images and signs created by actors of “Studio 55″ and its director Leonid Sadovsky?” the artists are interested.
