Chamber Choir of Alexander Petrosyan, National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” took 1st place at the XXIII Festival of Ukrainian spiritual songs “From Christmas to Christmas”. The choir has won in nomination “The best amateur secular choirs”. This was announced by the press service of the university.
The festival was held on 23-24 January in Dnepropetrovsk. More than 50 choirs from six regions of Ukraine took part in the contest. Four choirs were representing Kharkiv.
Organizers of creative activities were Dnipropetrovsk City Council and Diocesan Administration of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.
