During January – December 2015 the Southern Railway carried more than 29 million tons of cargo. It was reported by the press service of Southern Railway.

According to the diagram, you can see that 11.5 million tons of ore were brought, which is 4% more than in 2014. In December, the railwaymen set a record of loading ore (for all years of independence of Ukraine!) – 1 million 56 tons.
In addition, it was shipped 9 million tons of grain, which is 20% more than in 2014. In October, November and December another record in the history of independent Ukraine was set: the biggest amount of grain was loaded – 1.11 million tons, 1.25 million tons and 1.07 million tons respectively.
