In the province Heilongjiang in China is planned to open Ukrainian Center. This was reported by Deputy Chairman of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Julia Svetlichnaya. According to her, the center will popularize the Ukrainian culture and will give possibility to local people to get acquainted with Ukraine and, in particular, with Kharkiv.
According to Julia Svetlichnaya, the opening of the center was discussed in January during the visit of the delegation of the Kharkiv region in China. The negotiations were held with the leadership of the People’s Government of Heilongjiang Province and the city of Harbin, businessmen and scientists. For networking the direction of Heilongjiang invited this year Kharkiv universities to participate in the exhibition of scientific and technological achievements where representatives of high schools will be able to present their technologies and developments.
As noted Julia Svetlichnaya, the Chinese side was presented a productive and innovative potential of the Kharkiv enterprises and provided the available investment proposals which may be attractive for potential investors.
