The current Governor of Odessa region Mikheil Saakashvili on January 13 arrived in Kharkiv with a working visit. He made a speech at a press conference in preparation for the anti-corruption forum which will take place on January 18th.
Kharkiv Mayor’s Office did not allow the organizers of the “Anti-Corruption Forum” to promote the event in the underground so Saakashvili personally descended into the metro to notify about it the citizens. About this Saakashvili wrote on his Facebook page.
“Kharkiv City Administration did not allow the organizers of “Anti-corruption Forum” to post information boards in the metro so I decided to descend there myself to inform the residents of the city and to invite them to the forum,” wrote Mikheil Saakashvili.
The politician appeared at the metro station “Universitet”. Each person could come to the governor of the Odessa region and “complain” of the problems in the native city Kharkiv. At the same time, a smiling Mikheil Saakashvili didn’t refuse in a joint photo.
