KNURE signed an agreement with Phoenix Contact

On December 25th, Acting Rector, associate professor Eduard Rubin and Head of the Chair DEED (Designing and exploitation of electronic devices), Igor Klyuchnik signed a contract with the company “Phoenix Contact” on the harmonization of educational services in the field of automation technology with the use of equipment. According to the official website Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (KNURE).

12431758_10208526086491642_569938493_nThe project aims at providing a basis for educating students to work with special equipment. This machinery has been obtained in the framework of TEMPUS.

Equipment, that was received through grant, is unique as on one platform there are assembled controllers from leading manufacturers: Siemens, Phoenix and many others. Students can get used to the real conditions of work with devices and to study the interface in English.

Reference. Phoenix Contact – is the largest producer of automated machinery, electronic connectors between conductors and electronic circuit boards, security systems electrical surge. The university cooperates with from Phoenix Contact since 2012. The company helps students to participate in various competitions. Now the company is a partner in the grant project, in which the university was given training equipment.
