On December 19, a gastronomic festival “LUK” will be held on the terrace Summer Bar in the Molodezhniy Park (Youth Park). The festival will take place in Kharkiv for the third time. The event is timed to the Day of St. Nicholas.
Traditionally, professional chefs, restaurateurs, and amateurs will take part in the festival. The organizers believe that the event will introduce new institutions to the visitors and will also allow the development of new start-ups.
“We propose to create a completely different concept of the festival, where we want to collect interesting chefs, restaurateurs, bartenders and enthusiasts with fresh ideas. We also want to instill a taste of the right street food in visitors and present new dishes and flavors,” inform the organizers.
Cooks will prepare meat, sausages, grilled vegetables, bouillabaisse, Vietnamese sandwiches, rolls, burgers, coffee, cocoa, mulled wine and brandy. At the Food Festival, gift shop will be organized, where you can buy and taste a variety of sauces, cookies, muffins, as well as postcards, knitted mittens and socks, garlands and New Year toys.
“Among other things, there will be a photo zone that will look like a nativity scene with traditional characters. Children from the art studio Darwin prepared for interactive figures for this, so to them “LUK 3″, is kind of a small exhibition of their work,” says the festival coordinator Daria Spasova.
