Maxim Gorky Central Park for Culture and Recreation was awarded the honorary title of “Public Enterprise of the Year – 2015”.
The park took the first place in the rating of Ukraine among large and medium-sized enterprises selected by the business activity – “the operation of amusements and thematic parks”.
In recognition of the merits Gorky Park has received a medal and a certificate of the National Business Rating.
The rating was created on the basis of statistical data on the list of all economic entities of Ukraine, informed the press service of the Kharkiv City Council.
Reference. Maxim Gorky Central Park for Culture and Recreation is a Kharkiv city park consisting of over 130 hectares of land. It was in 1938 that the park was given its name of Maxim Gorky Central Park for Culture and Recreation, two years after the death of influential Russian and Soviet writer Maxim Gorky.
