The Kharkiv Mayor, G. Kernes, has approved an action plan to prepare a draft budget for 2016.
The Department of Budget and Finance developed instructions for the preparation of budget requests which have been brought to the main managers of budgetary funds. Departments of the City Council began the formation of the main areas of expenditure to ensure the fulfillment of their basic functions and tasks.
Development of the budget requests to the city budget draft for 2016 is carried out taking into account:
– the consumer price index – 112.0%
– increase in the minimum wage (from January 1, 2016 – 1378 UAH, from 1 December 2016 – 1543 UAH)
– the living wage (1 January 2016 – 1330 UAH, from December 1 – 1490 UAH).
