More than 60 shells found within last three days

On September 2nd, the explosive aerial bomb FAB-50 was found in the village of Tsirkunov of the Kharkiv region. The bomb FAB-100 was found in the village Rubizhne and two mortar shells of 76 mm diameter were found in a forest near Shestakovo, of the Volchansk district.

On September 1st, 9 explosive devices were discovered. In addition, ammunition from World War II was found in the Ordzhonikidze district of Kharkiv’s and Chuguyivsky’s district.

On August 31st, 46 ammo shells, 13 artillery shells of 75 mm caliber, and 33 German cluster bombs from the Second World War were found in the village of Vasishchevo. In addition, two mortar shells, with a diameter of 82 mm, were found on the Academician Bogomolets Street, in the October district of Kharkiv.

According to the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, in the Kharkiv region, there were no injuries. The pyrotechnics neutralized all of the explosive ordnance.
