Airline Atlasjet will start its flights in Ukraine from August. The first destinations will be Kharkov-Istanbul, Istanbul-Lviv, Zaporizhia-Istanbul-Lviv and Kyiv.
Three more flights will launch in a month – an internal Kiev-Odessa and two international ones – from Kiev to Erbil (Iraq) and from Kiev to Vnukovo (Moscow, Russia).
Atlasjet representative Andriy Guk wrote on his Facebook page that the sale of tickets will launch on July 21st and up to this moment the information about timetables and prices of the airline might be changed as they are still making corrections in schedule.
Andriy Guk also clarified that the flight Kiev-Odessa can start before October 1st. “The company is looking for the way to launch it earlier,” he said to RBC-Ukraine.
Also on December 1st, three more international destinations are opened from Kiev: to Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan), to St. Petersburg (Russia) and to Tbilisi (Georgia).
Andriy Guk also told that the flights will start with two planes. By the end of the year the company is planning to add the third aircraft.
Recall that now it is almost two years since registration of airline Atlasjet in Ukraine. In July 2014 the District Administrative Court of Kyiv canceled the license for all 14 international flights by Atlasjet Ukraine. Then the company filed an appeal to the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine.
