Ukraine launched two electronic services – the state registration of business entities and legal entities, reports the iGov portal coordinator Dmytro Dubilet on Facebook.
For the registration of the legal entity or business entities (UA) now it is enough to enter the data including your BankID and fill out the form. Also make sure your application has digital signature.
“After 1-2 days you will receive an email that your company is included in the state register, got the account in fiscal service and pension fund without need to attend any bodies,” Dubilet explains.
According to Dubilet, this online service is free and works regardless of operating system and browser type.
