The press service of the State Service of Ukraine on geodesy, cartography and cadastre reported that in the Kharkiv region, more than 500 ATO participants obtained permission to get the land in the region.
The total area of these lands is 857.16 hectares. The 849.69 hectares are dedicated for personal farming. For the construction and maintenance of houses and commercial buildings, ATO participants will receive 6.82 hectares of land. Another 0.65 hectares will be used for gardening.
Earlier this month, the territories of particular settlements in the Kharkiv region were distributed to ATO members by random selection. Such an algorithm was applied to the area of 49 hectares in Olkhovskiy and Korotichansky village councils.
State Service of Ukraine on geodesy, cartography and cadastre posted on their website the step-by-step instruction, in order to help the ATO participants and families of fallen soldiers who would like to obtain the land plots.
Reference. Granting of land plots to the ATO participants is conducted according to the procedure established by Article 118 of the “Land Code of Ukraine”. In order to proceed, such citizen should have not exercised his right for the free ownership of land and must provide a proof of his participation in the ATO.
