Traditional Ukrainian fencing tournament among the disableds in wheelchairs, veterans and athletes over 18 years old will be held on January 30th in the sports club “Unifeht” (Otakara Yarosha Ln, 14), as the press service of Kharkiv Regional Council reported on its official website.
The tournament will take place in different types of fencing: foil, epee and saber. It will be dedicated to the outstanding fencers: Vodovozov, Polyakov, Sergeyev, Sirotenko.
The tournament will be attended by the leading Ukrainian fencers, champions and winners of the World Championships, including Kharkiv Paralympic World Champion 2015: Eugenia Breus, who is a candidate of the XV Summer Paralympic Games in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), and the candidates of the national team of Ukraine Sergey Zagoruiko, Natalia Mandrik and Valeria Abdualimova.
