The XXIII International Music Festival “Kharkiv Assembly – resistance to evil by arts” will be hosted in Kharkiv from September 30 to October 16.
Symphonic orchestra and choir Kharkiv National University of Arts, I.P. Kotlyarevsky and Youth Orchestra Slobozhanskiy will perform at the Festival.
Its opening will be at Kharkiv National Academic Opera And Ballet Theatre them N.V. Lysenko. Start: 18:30.
The festival program includes the entire spectrum of creativity from Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy: symphonies, oratorio, overtures, works for chamber orchestra, vocal music, etc.
The guests of the fest are musicians from Spain, France, Switzerland and Finland. Among them first time visitors, guests from Germany: Peter Rosenberg (violin), Julia Rempe (soprano), conductor Guido Rumshtadt and other famous musicians.
