Changes have been introduced to state registration of business and rights on real estate, an official report on the website of Kharkiv Regional State Administration (KRSA).

According to the first deputy director of the Department on improvement of the competitiveness of the region of KRSA Denis Tkachev, at the end of last year two laws came into effect according to which actual powers in the sphere of state registration of real estate, legal entities and private individuals are delegated from the judicial authorities to local authorities and local government.

According to him, from January 1, 2016 the state authorities and local government, including the Kharkiv region, have begun to accept these powers.

“In order to delegate the powers, it’s necessary to create new structural units in the district state administrations which will be called “departments” or “sectors of the state registration”. We need also to organize the work of these centers,” noted Tkachev.

He also said that in all cities and districts of the Kharkiv region there are already established appropriate structural units, now the recruitment of employees is being carryied out.

According to the law, all works must be complete by April 30. However, in the Kharkiv region, which is one of the leaders in the organization of administrative services, the process is planned to be completed earlier.
