December 23, at the session of city council deputies decided to establish a Department of State Registration, reports the Press Service of the City Council.
Advisor to the mayor of Kharkiv Oleg Drobot said that this Department was created due to recent changes in legislation. Now the authority of state registration of property rights to immovable property and their encumbrances, as well as registration of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and community groups were transferred to local governments.
