In Kharkiv more than 99% of customs declarations were submitted electronically. In November, the number of declarations registration amounted to 8,800, and 99.6% of which was received in the electronic form as the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine (SFS) in Kharkiv region reported.
Totally, since the beginning of the year, Kharkiv Customs of the SFS issued more than 84,500 customs declarations, 99.3% of which was submitted online.
“An electronic customs declaration is a service that greatly simplifies processing papers for goods, and allows business entities to save time and material resources when conducting their foreign trade operations. Such e-declaration consists of an electronic customs declaration certified by a digital signature, and other electronic documents or its details in cases prescribed by the law,” the representatives of SFS said.
In Kharkiv, the “electronic key” for such a declaration is available for free. To issue an e-key, a person must address one of eight separate departments of user registration – Accredited Center of Keys Registration. Its addresses and mode of operation can be found at here.
