Today, December 16th, a gala concert dedicated to the Day of St. Nicholas for the children of participants ATO was held in Kharkiv.
Children’s creative teams of Kharkiv pleased the audience with their performances. Ukrainian pop stars Ruslana and a band leader of Vopli Vidopliassova or VV Oleh Skrypka become the headliners of this concert.
Deputy Chairman of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Mikhail Chernyak took part in the festivities. He congratulated children and their parents with the upcoming New Year holidays on behalf of the head of the region Igor Rainin.
“We live in a very difficult time, but we still should find time for celebrations in our life. We want to create a festive mood for families of ATO members as well, despite the difficulties they have faced, they should continue living a full life,” said Chernyak.
The organizer of the event, Tatiana Gaivoronskaya hopes that the concert will also stimulate charity for children.
