Residents of Kharkiv require a ban on begging and trading in the subway

December 9, Andrei Kislyak petition was published on the website of the Kharkiv City Council. The petition is saying that the city authorities should officially ban the trade and begging in the subway.

The author focuses on the fact that begging and trafficking in carriages, “brings great inconvenience and discomfort to people.”

Currently, more than 1,000 residents of the town supported this petition.

All who wish to join the petition, will be able to vote for it within 86 days.

Note that according to the instructions for use of carriages begging and trading are already forbidden in the subway (details can be found in Section 4.2. “Passengers are prohibited to”).
